All you need is one

I have a handful of friends and peers starting new jobs — congrats! And a handful more just beginning the job search. To those that are looking, keep at it, especially if it has been a few years.

You can feel a little rusty.

Talking about yourself for 30-60-90 minutes to a Zoom of quiet strangers is barf inducing.

I was job searching a little more than a year ago.

Admittedly a little rusty.

I did keep track of every potential job.

I got rejected, a lot (see pink)…

… but the only one that really mattered was the one I wanted and got (see dark blue).
